Proactive network management capabilities to quickly alert us to a network problem and resolve it before anyone notices. For customers with maximum uptime requirements, Enroute’s 24x7 monitoring and management service will automatically send a text message to the engineers if one of the systems is reported inactive. This service can also offer bandwidth monitoring for customers to view real-time circuit utilization with histories to show trends at each site over the period of a day, week, month or year. In addition, customer configurations are automatically monitored once a week to maintain accurate and current configuration data. Enroute offers three IT Outsourcing Program options for Network Infrastructure and Unified Communications: Ensure, Ensure PLUS and Ensure PRO. The three programs provide complementary levels of monitoring, alerting, response, optimization and advanced support features.
